1.The major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle
box are all made of HT300 cast iron. The lathe feet is box type structure with symmetric
compact and reasonable structure which ensures the basic parts of the high rigidity and bending
resistance performance; The inside grid reinforced of lathe bed effectively ensure the rigidity and
accuracy of the Z axis strong cutting force. The basic parts are polished by resin sand and aging
treatment, and the surface of bed ways treated by supersonic frequency quenching up to 2mm,
which ensure machine’s long-term stability when working.
2.Mid-supporting plate and lathe bed slide surface are of plastics sticking. They are of fast
speed, removing eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low
temperature rise and so on. Worked with automatic forced lubrication to improve the accuracy
of machine tools.
