Descriptions:

SLY series Ribbon blender is a high efficiency, widely applied single shaft blender, the double ribbon is attached in main shaft and running together. The material discharge outlet is opened in the bottom of cylinder shell, the worm spiral structure of outer ribbon cooperated with main shaft will move inner side material to center outlet to ensure all material to be discharged without dead corner.

Theory:

Outer ribbon cooperated with main shaft to move material from two sides to center outlet and inner ribbon will take material from center to two side, thus will form a convection blending, material will been mixed evenly in a short time. The equipment is main applied in dry powder, granule, liquid and low viscosity paste.
