Main Introduction:
GMH type tunnel sterilization and drying machine are suitable for ampoule, clinical, vial, oral liquor bottle sterilizing and drying.
This series have two base type: Chain type and mesh type. Can according to the need of clients.
And have 100 class air purifying system.
I. Character:
PLC and touch screen control, stable driving device, the conveyer belt speed is adjustable.
The sterilizing temperature can be set, showing, monitoring, recording and printing.
The above heating parts are gilded quartz pipes, the down parts are SST quartz pipes.
It has Stable safety alarm and trouble showing system.
II. Working principle:
The bottles are transported into the tunnel through the pre-heating area, high temperature area,
The setting temperature should be over 3500 C, the bottles passing time over 5 minutes and low temperature cooling area. The conveying speed is adjustable. All process is in the protected in the 100 class air purifying system.
