DXDK-40II Fast speed Granule packaging machine
This machine do not need maintain machine.The machine is suitable for packing non sticky, bulk or granular material, such as tea, medical pills, food Stuffs, plant seeds, washing powder, coffee, sugar, desiccant etc The integrated processes of bag making, measuring filling, sealing cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include several kinds of heat seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, PAPER/PE,NYLON etc.
1.All the cover of the packaging machine is 304 Stainless Steel, including every screw on the body of the machine which conforms to the GMP Standard and make the granules packed by this machine more sanitary. (201 Stainless Steel and Iron material Screw are adopted by other manufactures which is easy to get rusty.)
2.American Intel Computer Controller are adopted by this machine which makes the machine more easy to operate.
High-temperature resistant bearings which are imported from Japan are adopted which extend 2-3 years using time on the basis of original using time of the machine. No lubricating oil is needed for this packaging machine, thus saved the cost of maintain.

3. Advanced swing and free fall type feeding structure is adopted which avoid the throwing phenomenon of the materials to make the measure more precise and make the materials it packed more conform to the Hygienic Standard.
4.Removable feeding structure is designed by our engineer to make sure the machine can be cleaned conveniently everyday by the users.
5.High-performance heat sealing structure design assured the neat, flat, gas-tight of the bag packed by the machine.
6.Cutting Knife Plugin System with independent intellectual property rights, developed and researched independently by our company makes the cutting knife adjustment more convenient and safer for the operator, it is ok to adjust the position of the cutter by turning the handle with the machine slightly.
7.Frequency Conversion Motor is adopted by this machine to adjust the speed which makes the noise of the machine lower and assured the performance of the machine, improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of employing.
