Specifications
WE CAN SUPPLY VARIOUS OF PARTS OF MUD PUMP, INCLUDING THE SHAFT, PUMP CASE, CROSSHEAD, GEAR AND SO ON .
Crankshaft is an eccentric shaft made from casing alloy steel. Big gear ring, connection rod and bearing are mounted on it.
The big gear ring is herringbone gear ring meshed with the gear of the pinion shaft. The big gear ring and the crankshaft are of interference fit and fasted with bolts and locknuts.
Connecting rod tip is mounted on three eccentric of the crankshaft via single row cylindrical roller bearing. Small end is mounted on crosshead pin via double row long cylindrical roller bearing.
The crankshaft is mounted on the pump case through double row radial spherical roller bearings on either side. There is a bearing bush mounted on the bearing cup to protect bearing saddle bore.
