guide plate used in the connecion of crosshead and connection rod in mud pumpmaterials: alloy metal
we have our fabrication and welding center where we make all the spare parts of triplex mud
pump such as crankshaft ,pinion shaft, liner, cylinder , valve box , crosshead ,pulsation dampener , piston assembly, clamp, valve&seat assembly, flange ,guides etc.
in the plate . there are six taper holes to hold other parts.
in every model of mud pump . all have guide plates .
which are made up of upper and lower plate .
according to the difference of model of mud pump , their materials will also change .
such as the model QZ Series , for example , QZ-9 , its guide plates is bronze alloy metal , so
it looks like bronze from the appearance.
and F series , such as F1000 , its guide plates are different from QZ series , so it looks like different
color compared to QZ series .
