MMP electric engraving pen
Introduction:

Principle:
Printing pin has high frequency vibration, thus can mark a certain depth tag in the workpiece, due to the high frequency can up to 300 times per second, so looking with the naked eye,the identification is very smooth.

Features:

Advantages of quality :
After our company pushed out the marking machine firstly, due to the good market demands, some domestic producers began to copy, but through our fatigue test in laboratory, those cheap imitations only can use 20 minutes continuously, then due to the overheat the coil will be burned out, but our SD - 5, due to the material and reasonable design, it can reach thermal equilibrium after using for 40 minutes continuously(thermogenesis = cooling), finally after using 48 hours continuously it did not appear any faults. Using method:
1. Connect the power supply, and the right hand hold the electric engraving pen;
2. Like the pose of holding pen, a slight tilted angle (45 degree angle), and put the hand on the table, finger press on the micro switch then you can engrave, loosen the micro switch will stop engraving. Don't press down strongly when engraving and should slower than usual.
3. Upper on the engraved pen have a knob which can adjust carving speed, you can master its performance through repeated carving, to meet your requirements of the font size and depth of required carving materials.
4. Engraved pen equipped with hard alloy carved head when delivery, it can satisfy the marking on glass, metal, ceramics and other hard materials, but for the edge marking of industrialization, it needs the special diamond carved head.
5. After the carved head is worn, turn on the knob of screw loading and unloading, replace the carved head.
