Principle:
It adopts fiber laser to output laser and achieves to marking function after high speed scanning galvanometer system, its core component is fiber laser.
Fiber laser uses the optical fiber with mixed rare earth elements as its gain medium.Due to the optical fiber core is very fine, in the optical fiber easy to form high power density under the action of the pump, causing the laser levels of the laser working materials “population inversion”.Therefore, when join positive feedback circuit appropriately and constitute cavity, then laser oscillation can be formed.In addition, because the fiber substrate has wide fluorspar spectra, therefore, made tunable fiber laser is general (its wavelength can be adjusted within a certain scope), and can mark a few kinds of colors when marking (corresponding to the material).
Features:
Fiber laser marking machine adopts 10W fiber laser, life can reach 100000 hours, superior performance.
Characteristics as follows:
1. High beam quality, for the output of the basic mode (TEM00) , focusing spot’s diameter is less than 20 um.Divergent Angle is about a quarter of the semi-conductor pump laser .Especially suit for delicate and precision marking.
2. Small volume, without high voltage, without huge water cooling system.
3. The power consumption is small, the whole machine’s consumption is less than 500 w.
4. Adopts the integrated structure, operation process is humanized and is more simple and quick.
5. The conversion efficiency of electro-optic is high, the integrated electro-optical efficiency is as high as above 20% , is 1/10 of lamp pumped solid laser marking machine.
6. Without any maintenance, long service life, suit for bad environment.
7. Fast processing speed, is 2-3 times of the traditional marking machine, optical scanning galvanometer, the rate of laser repetition is high, high speed without distortion.
8. Marking software is powerful, it is compatible with the files of Coreldraw, AutoCAD software,etc;Support the PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, etc., can use SHX, TTF word stock directly ;Support automatic code, printing serial number, batch number, date, bar code, QR code, and automatic jump number, etc., USB output control.
Applicable Industry:
The marking of graphics and texts in integrated circuit chips, computer accessories, industrial bearings, clocks, electronic and communication products, aerospace components, all kinds of auto parts, household appliances, hardware tools, dies, wire and cable, food packaging, jewelry, tobacco, and many fields such as military things, and mass production line homework.
Applicable material:
Any metal (including rare metals), engineering plastics, electroplating materials, coating materials, spraying materials, plastic rubber, epoxy resin, ceramic, etc.
Compared with semi-conductor laser:
The advantages of fiber laser mainly reflects in: fiber laser is waveguide structure, strong capacity of pump, with high gain, high conversion efficiency, low threshold, the quality of output beam is good, the line width is narrow, simple structure, high reliability, easy to implement the coupling with fiber.
