Principle:

It adopts fiber laser to output laser and achieves to marking function after high speed scanning galvanometer system, its core component is fiber laser.

Fiber laser uses the optical fiber with mixed rare earth elements as its gain medium.Due to the optical fiber core is very fine, in the optical fiber easy to form high power density under the action of the pump, causing the laser levels of the laser working materials “population inversion”.Therefore, when join positive feedback circuit appropriately and constitute cavity, then laser oscillation can be formed.In addition, because the fiber substrate has wide fluorspar spectra, therefore, made tunable fiber laser is general (its wavelength can be adjusted within a certain scope), and can mark a few kinds of colors when marking (corresponding to the material).

Marking software is powerful, it is compatible with the files of Coreldraw, AutoCAD software,etc;Support the PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, etc., can use SHX, TTF word stock directly ;Support automatic code, printing serial number, batch number, date, bar code, QR code, and automatic jump number, etc., USB output control.
