2014 New Stretch Film Extrusion Machine
1. Machine Introduction
USE:
This machine uses LDPE and LLDPE to produce casting stretch film, which widely used in packing area for
building material, auto parts, hardware parts etc.
FEATURE:
RG-50 stretch film co-extruder with following features: low noise, stable running, especially winding part is
controlled by PLC program. The machine is equipped with extruder, traction part, leveling part, edge trimming,
winding and finished roll automatic changing etc.

1, We use stronger steel plate for machine body, which makes machine more stable
2, Screw and barrel is nitrigened by 72 hours. 38 chromium materials, it is very hard.
3, Hard surface gearbox, the life can be more than 5 years.

6, The steel roller is mirror roller, which is very nice.
7, Our standard rewinder is semi-automatic, we can do automatic rewinder, no need to change rolls by hand.
