The  production line is used for making coir fiber mattress, material such as coir fiber, plam or hemp, jute fiber etc. It is auto operated, from the original coir  fiber to the mats.Coir mats could be widely used to these field: sofa cushion, bed mattress, car mat, soil and water conversation board, etc. It is natural and heathy friendly, durable, good permeability, and it can be cleaned. Meanwhile, the mat made from coir fiber without the phenomonon of delimenation and looseness, it is better than A grade spring mattress.
