1.Heat treatment for metal workpiece for periodicity work.Suitable for large and medium-sized metal parts quenching heating, can also be used to medium temperature heat treatment of the metal parts.
2.Chamber size: HxWxD=1500x2800x8500mm ;
3.Max load capacity:50000Kg;
4.Structure of furnace:The furnace body is rectangular cuboid, welding by channel steel frame and steel plate.Equipped with an electric of bogie and rail at the bottom.
5.Insulation materials:Furnaces shall be lined with high purity adiabatic ceramic fiber felt (High-density block fold); the bogie hearth at the bottom shall be lined with high aluminia bricks.
