Manfre air oil separator filter element
Manfre offer a range of alternative vacuum pump separators, compressor air
oil separators and compressed air filter elements.
Vac pump separators.... we have all the major brands available including Busch,
Leybold, Reitschle and more.
Compressed air oil separators.... Used on hydravane and mattei compressors,
our separators offer minimal oil carry over.
Compressed air filter elements .... Our compressed air filter ranges are suitable
for all major housing including Hankinsons, Walker and Atlas Copco.
Manfre also have the option to manufacture bespoke products tailored to our
customer requirements.

Notes:
1. Lubricant level in air oil separator should be adjusted to the specified value,
usually at 1/2~2/3 height of the oil endoscope.
2. Secondary oil return pipe and element should be selected according to the
performance of air compressor and the size of air oil separator cylinder.
3. Check valve should be kept unblocked, and exhaust pressure should be adjusted
to the specified level.
4. Please ensure normal working temperature and pressure maintaining valve normal.
5. Air oil separator is suitable for all types of oil such as general lubricants, mineral oil,
synthetic oil, semi-synthetic lubricants, etc.
