DEW-D Series Microcomputer Screen Display Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is applicable for Mechanical Properties Test on metal material,non-metal material and component such as tension, compression, bending and shearing; it equips with general data pro software with simple operation and full functions, can complete the test conveniently, which improves the testing efficiency. Through the software, the testing result can be queried,make it into graphic curve and print out. It is the ideal testing equipment for industrial and mining establishments, research institutions, universities and colleges, construction quality supervision and detection stations etc.
Main Engine:
The main engine of Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is the one with underneath oil cylinder, which is clearance seal type (the bottom clearance is sealed by oil slick, which keep it from deformation,wearing and leaking after long time’s work).
Using Scopes:
DEW-D Series Microcomputer Screen Display Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is applicable for tensile,compression and bending tests of materials with relatively small test force, such as rubber, plastic, textile, waterproofing material, cable, network wire, metal wire, metal rod, metal plate and others. With attaching tools, it can also do compression and bending tests.
Application:
The equipment is applicable to the measurement and analysis of mechanical performance not only metal, non-metal material, but also composite materials. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, textiles, fibers, plastics, rubber, ceramics, food, medicine packaging, plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows, geotextile, film, wood, paper, metal materials and manufacturing. According to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO and other standards, it can automatically strike the maximum test force value breaking force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation, tensile modulus, flexural modulus test data etc.
- With relevant Optional attachments, it can achieve tests on samples such as reinforced bars, steel strand, cable, fasteners and concrete;
- The hydraulic clamping device can adjust the clamping speed independently (the inching clamping device can be configured according to the customer requirements);
- Loading sensors or oil pressure sensors can be selected independently, effectively improving the testing range and the force accuracy;
- The underneath structure of the oil cylinder can reduce the height of the main machine, lower the test center of gravity and reduce the damage of the rupture impact force to the machine;
- Photoelectric encoders can accurately measure the movement distance of the beam;
- The integrated oil source design makes the whole machine more compact and reasonable, reducing the floor area;
- Double control system of manual and automatic is provided and the operation mode can be selected independently;
- The built-in control card based on PCI technology reduces connection, improves the function of real-time control over the test and real-time acquisition and improves the stability of the product.
