DMT-III Multi-functional Magnetic Flaw Detector is a new designed magnetic flaw positioning equipment,which is researched, developed and manufactured by ourselves combining the advantages of its counterparts from both home and abroad. It adopts Magnetization mode of extra magnetic field, which makes the equipment small in size and light in weight. Highly Integrated Circuit System makes the equipment function the unity of several separate equipment. This type is suitable for A,D,E,O four types of probes.
- A type probe: Widely used due to its turning joint;
It is also called horseshoe-shaped magnetic yoke probe or fillet weld probe, turning joint angular magnetic head, which is fitted with a working lamp and is especially suitable for flaw detection on specimens with abnormal face and complicated shape.

- E type probe: Fast detection speed and high testing quality;
It is also called crossing magnetic yoke probe or rotating-field probe, which can comprehensively detect the flaw by complex magnetization at a time. Crack detection speed can be increased by using roller and working lamp.

Equipment independently made by this probe is named rotating-field flaw detector, which uses two crossing magnetic yokes adopts AC move-phase technology to produce a synthetic rotating field that varies with time to comprehensively detect the flaw by complex magnetization at a time.
- O type probe: Suitable for sectional flaw detection or demagnetization on complicated specimens including axles, bars, pipes and vanes.
It is also called ring probe with an internal diameter of 150mm and center field ≥1800e.
