Description of the machine
BDX Series three in one type of Isobarometric filler is special equipment for carbonated beverage, gather washing filling sealing machine in one. We innovative develop to become an advanced level of the filling equipment, on the basis of the introduction, digestion and absorption of Germany and Italy advanced technologies and according to the requirements of carbonated drink filling. It is mainly used in soft drinks, cola, sparkling wine, mineral water and other drinks with gas for rinsing, filling and capping. Reasonable structure, safe, reliable, easy maintenance and it is an ideal filling equipment for medium and large beverage factory.
The primary features
- High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.
- Carried perfect CIP control loop and program and cleaning devices on the spot.
- The “capping head” is adopted magnetic-constant-torque device to ensure the high capping quality and without damages.
- Adopting efficient cap settling system which carried perfect cap feeding and protection device.
- It is adopted spiral descent fashion for the support plate for bottom of bottle at the outlet thumb wheel. And to adjust the input height is not necessary for exchanging model of bottle.
- Carried the perfect protection system to overload, it can be used to protect facilities and operators efficiently.
- Because of applying touch screen for operation ,it is possible to realize man-machine conversation whereas the status of device running is clear at a glance.
- The primary electric components such as touch screenPLCtransducer etc. are all adopted with well known import products.
- These air control components are all adopted with “FESTO” products made in Germany.
