Chalk making machine, the raw material is calclum carbonate,
the chalk is usedwidely in schools! According to your requirement,
you can produce it in differentcolors! The color of equipments can be changed.
The equipment is made of cast iron, the core of mould is made of ABS plastic.
The rate of eligible product is99%.The chalk size and shape can be customized.
Mainly features of chalk making machine/chalk piece machine/gypsum powder chalk making machine//dustless /electrical /blackboard chalk making machine
1. Slaked lime mixer, power on ,then fill in the water. the rate for the slaked lime and
water is half to half.
2. The mold should be luricated enough. and should be lubricated for every cycle.
3. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6 minutes.
4. When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from
the model, then dry in the sun.
5.The packing should be completed by handwork.
6. The shape can be round, rectangle or star shape.
7. The length of the chalk can be from 70mm-100mm
