Small Sand Dryer for Low Investment Plants
Brief Introduction of Small Sand Dryer:
Small sand dryer, also called mini sand dryer, is developed from the three-drum sand dryer to have good heat preservation effect and low energy consumption. But the the internal structure of the small sand dryer, improved by increasing the pre-drying and actual drying time of wet material.
The biggest characteristic of small sand dryers is the integration of the stove and the dryer: The heat source fries the cylinder directly, at the same time, the hot air is induced by draft fan into the dryer chamber to have thermal heat exchange with the wet material. In this way, the drying effect has been greatly improved.
Application of Small Sand Dryer:
The small sand dryer is mainly used in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry to dry material with certain moisture and granularity. It has strong adaptability to various materials. It is mainly applicated to granular materials like sand, such as beans, corn, sesame, etc. The operation is simple and reliable, area covering small, which get the favour of many users of small and middle scale plant.
Features of Small Sand Dryer:
1, High technical content, cylinder self preservation, frying and baking at the same time, thermal efficiency as high as 85%.
2, The length of the roots dryer is shortened by 60% than the ordinary three drum dryer, which is helpful to process arrangement. It reduces the building area of factory plant, and saves engineering investment about 40%.
3, It adopts heat-resisting wear-resisting alloy steel, four times than ordinary steel wear-resisting. Long service life, easy to maintain.
4, Low outlet temperature, which is beneficial to dust removal equipment with long time, can be directly connected to pulse jet bag filter.
5, Civil investment is reduced about 50%, power consumption reduced by 60%.
6, It has compact structure, simple structure, rational layout, increasing the rate of material and heat exchange of heat energy.
7, It is easy to realize automatic control, reducing the operating personnel and saving labor resources.
