Descriptions:
This rotary drier is suitable for drying the material and product hot solidification and dry de-watering in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming, side-product, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industries and others industries, such as medicinal raw material, Chinese traditional herbal medicine, plaster, powder, particle, drinking agent, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, de-watering vegetable, dried fruit piece, sausage, plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish and more
Working principles:
Most hot air is circulated in the oven
The Heat efficiency is high and the energy is saved
By using the forced ventilation function, there are adjustable air distribution plates inside the oven
The materials can be dried uniformly
The heating source might be steam, hot water, electricity and far infrared
The whole machine is low in the noise, easy to install and maintain
The operation is in balance
The temperature is controlled automatically
The machine can be used for drying various materials and is versatile drying equipment
Features:
Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far ultra red-ray, or both steam and electricity
Drying temperature: steam heating: 50 to 130°C, maximum 140°C
Electricity and far ultra red-ray: 50 to 300°C
Automatic control system and computer control system is in accordance with request
Usually use steam pressure from 0.2 to 0.8MPa (2 to 8bar)
For CT-1 electric heated, rated power consumption is 15kW, but real consumption is 5 to 8kW
The special requirements should be indicated when placing order
If operation temperature is over 140°C or less than 60°C, please indicate when placing order
