Application of breaker crusher
1. Jaw crusher is suitable for crushing a variety of soft and hard ores and rocks, whose largest compression resistance is under 320MPa. Maximum size of to- be- fed materials must be less than what is required according to the maximum specification of technical parameters.
2.Jaw crusher is mainly used for secondary and fine crushing of mid hardness ores and rocks in metallurgical industry, mining, chemistry, cement making industry, construction, refractory, pottery, porcelain industry, etc. All models of stone jaw crushers are available according to your different fineness requirements.

Benefits of breaker crusher
1.The bearings adopt complete steel structure. The whole cast steel housing can fully coordinate with the rack. Meanwhile, it greatly enhances the radial intensity of the bearings.
2.The applications of finite element analysis technology can greatly strengthen the efficiency of crushing process.
3. It is more convenient to adjust the discharging mouth. The adjusting device is equipped with wedge block, while our devices are simpler and safer than the old-fashioned ones.
Working principle of breaker crusher
Firstly the machine’s leather belt and wheel are driven by the electric motor, then the movable jaw plate begins to move up and down by the eccentric shaft, when the movable jaw plate moves from top to bottom, the angle between fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate becomes smaller, the material is crushed into pieces to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw plate moves from bottom to top, the angle between fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate becomes bigger, the movable jaw plate deviates from the fixed jaw plate under the function of drag rod and spring, at this moment, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom outlet of the crushing cavity.
