Brief introduce:
Sawdust dryer refers to the powder granule shape wet sawdust, screw conveyor will be continuous to join drying tube. In high-speed transmission and dispersion of heat flow, make the wet material moisture evaporation, get the process of dry powder or granular products. Mainly by the air heater, feeder, air drying tube, cyclone separator, fan, etc.
The characteristics :

Working principle:
Sawdust dryer: including heating furnace, feeding port, rotating cylinder, filter tube and pipe conveying, cooling tube and discharging mouth, rotating cylinder on the driving roller and driving roller by motor driven by gear transmission and the rotating cylinder rotation at low speed, and rotating cylinder is equipped with heating furnace inlet, rotating drum with stirring blades, the rotating drum filter cartridges. Connected with baffle, baffle on open a small hole, filtering cylinder end connected to the rotating drum, the other end connected to the conveying pipe, filtering cylinder block are set to use, has a discharge hole on the bottom of the cartridge filters, cooling tube end through blower are connected to the conveying pipe, another end is connected to a discharge port.
Due to adopting the above structure, so the sawdust can fully dry inside the rotary drum, and sawdust again before entering the conveying pipe, spread out fully, make the moisture evaporates quickly, stop the impurity in the sawdust can be blocked, guarantee the quality of into sawdust in the conveying pipe. Wood into sawdust dryer by spray torch, together with the rotary cylinder material inside the drum fluidization, boiling hot wind and touch the material thoroughly, complete dry. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use.

3.Cooperation procedure:
