1, Euro-style rectanlge barrels makes temperature difference in C areas smaller.
2, Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
3, Barrals are of high quality nitrided steel, corrosion proof and antifriction.
4, The screw elements and kneadning blocks are designed accurately ,by precise processed, agile combination with interchangeability,which can fulfill effcient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding ,pressure built-up. The screw is made of high tool steel 38CrMoAlA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heat-treatment.
5, The machines are designed by modular principle . the screw configuration, barrel setup, L/D or mode of feeding and venting ,screen changing ,way of granulating, and the control mode can be optimally adjusted according to different material properties and process requirements.
6, Various modes of pelletizing ,such as water-cooling strand, air-cooling, water-ring,under water pelletizing,etc.
