This equipment adopts a control system, a drive system and an energy system. The control system consists of a set of controller and a feedback system. The master controller consists of an imported Siemens S7 200 PLC and industrial computer as the display controller, The feedback system is eight pressure sensors and eight displacement sensors consist of double closed loop feedback system, the drive system adopts a motor, nine solenoid valve, and the oil cylinder as a drive unit. Energy system consists of a hydraulic pressure station of 70mpa as an energy output; ensure the equipment operation safety, stability and high precision.

Technical characteristics

The hydraulic station employ a large number of imported controlled components and superior sensors, it can be powerful guarantee the accuracy and quality of the system. The hydraulic station put to use the computer interface to various parameters of the system can be set in the computer and control, oil cylinder pressure can display on the computer in real time. Besides, coupled with rich images which make the system extremely humanization; the software adopt a large number of digital restrictions and alarm screen tips, the abnormal state of the system during the run time system for automatic processing and alarm., guarantee the system become more simple and safe operation; by using pressure sensor and displacement sensor as the feedback system, ensure the system has higher accuracy and stability.
