FAQ
Q: Nearly all LED panel light look the same, in this case, how to know and judge the quality?
A: Price and exterior.
Though they look the same or similar, it is still easy to find the big differences in price and exterior. Price and exterior are two sides directly indicate the quality and they are mainly determined by raw material cost, for example, the cheaper panel light has fragile frame exterior, poor heat dissipation and driver with bad IC, MOS and capacitance. I know price is an important concerns for customers, it is difficult to sell if price too high. So, suggest you pick up the light with reasonable price, namely better price and cost ratio.
Q: Does LED tube light really have 50,000 hours lifespan?
A: 50,000 or longer lifespan is onlytest theory data. The actual life is only or less than 30 000 hours due to different working environments from in lab.
Q: Why do different suppliers mark different brightness even in the same power?
A: That is because of different chips, or same chip but different brightness version. Even they have same chip and same brightness version, they are possible be slightly different. The condition is you have to understand the brightness difference between Led’s and lamp fixture.
For example, ,the Led’s initial brightness of 600*600 LED panel light is around 3600lm, deduct 30% brightness lost caused by lam fixture, it only 2500lm.Usually the supplier write higher brightness to attract clients’ attention. That is unprofessional behavior.
Q: What is CRI?
A: CRI is a figure which indicates the real objects colors. Like LED tubes, the CRI is 70-75Ra, 80Ra means higher cost. So the clients need to know it is real or not.
Q: What is PF and efficiency?
A: PF and efficiency indicate the driver electrical performance. The same, they are tightly connected with cost.
Q: Is there any cheaper transportation cost?
A: It depends, express is better for small order, but for bulk order, containers and shipping is good choice to save cost if your delivery time allowable. If urgent, we suggest air transportation.
Q: Can we get support in the market from supplier if we have request?
A: If the request is reasonable and applicable, we will. Then we need to talk about the details in specific market and your marketing mind. Anyway, we would like do anything benefits both of us.
