This prodcut mainly consists of polypropylene and steel wire, through the special processing of anti-static and fire resistance, adopt technics of extrusion, cooling and welding, then forming the whole grids.

Properties :

Characteristics :
Large strength, small creep deformation, suitable for various environmental soils, and satisfies the usage of large retaining wall used in the high-grade roadway.
Improve the interlocking and the occlusion of the reinforcement supporting surface, increase the bearing capacity of the groundsill considerably, restrict the lateral displacement of the soil body effectively, and strengthen the stability of the groundsill.
Compared with the traditional geo-grid, it owns the advantages of large strength, strong bearing capacity, erosion resistance, aging resistance, large coefficient of friction, average eyelet, convenient to construct, and long service life, etc.

Usage:
Steel plastic composite geogrids can be used in coal mine as ceiling and shield and act as protection material of anchor laneway, shoring laneway, anchor spraying laneway and so on. It also can be used as fortified material in mine laneway engineering, slope protecting engineering, undergroud constrution engineering and communication engineering, it is the optimal refill of plastic braided grids and steel wire grids.
Applications :
Steel plastic geogrid has breakthrough strength compared to the traditional geogrid: When the bidirectional strength is used on the surface of the plastic, the rid is pressed into rough pattern to reinforce the roughness of geogrid surface, increasing the friction factor between the geogrid and soil. This geogrid is low cost and easy to construct, easy to pave, lap, locate, avoiding the repetition and cross, so shortening the construction period obviously.
