Product Description
1.Material 304 Stainless steel, absolutely adopts Pneumatic Filling, and suitable for Ointment.
Total Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine ( total pneumatic, doesn't need electricity. )
2.The Model absolutely uses the Pneumatic Element. It is simple and reasonable in design,
high in accuracy and easy in operation.
3.With no need for power supply, the machine is safe and with the personalized design,
can mlobster sauceeet the modern enterprises' requirements.
4.It is working under the state without electricity and safer to operate.
And the pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Germany FESTO and Taiwan's AirTac.
5.The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel. With adjustment handle of filling volume, the filling speed
can be adjusted at will, with high filling accuracy.
6.Filling head adopts anti-leakage, anti-pull and with diving filling device.
Principle
1.Ointment and liquid double purpose filler is used in the quantitative filling of water, oil, emulsion and ointment.
It uses the piston pump to fill and regulates the filling scope by the cylinder stroke.
2.The feed methods have two kinds self-suction and hoper type. The self-suction directly sucks from the container and the hoper type puts the materials into the hopper to fill.
3.This machine has convenient and swift measurement, good shape and compact structure. The places contacting
with the materials are made of high quality stainless steel (usually using 304, the Medical 316L).
4.The machines unique valve structure realizes the double purposes of ointment and liquid,
which is the ideal and economical equipment for medicine, daily chemical products and fine chemical industry.
