1. General introduction of foamed interior cornice polystyrene production line
XPS production line design principles by hot extrusion extruded polystyrene foam profile. The main feature of this process is a mixture of foaming agent in the continuous mixing, the mixer where the components of each group by a pneumatic dosing device the mixture continuously fed extruder, the mixture in the extruder reaches the melting point by heating polystyrene. The mixture was thoroughly mixed and the foaming agent through a die extrusion, to produce a variety of shapes XPS moldings.
