- This machine is applicable to draw pure aluminum rod or aluminum alloy rod from diameter of 9.5 mm or 12 mm into 2.1 mm ~4.5 mm.
- Fully automatic dual apooler accelerates and decelerates in a short time and when its speed decreases to 8~12 meters per second, it is time to change the bobbin. So productivety is high.
- Error in the diameter of the wire end is ±0.01 mm and its range of change is less than 10meters when the dual spooler is changing the bobbin, so loss ratio of waste wire is reduced for the user.
- Gears are made of superior alloy steel, with tooth face ground up to level 6-precision, so transmission precision is high and noise level conforms to international standard.
- Drawing fluid tank has holes for dismantlement corresponding to the position of capstan spindle, so it is not necessary to remove the draing fluid tank when diamounting the gears from the capstan spindle.
- Automatic pneumatic dual spooler for the machine is free from oil leakage, no pollution to the worksite and conducive to environment protection.
- Dual support to the traversing rack so that it moves smoothly; motorized adjustment to the position for change of direction can be made even when it is under in-line condition.
- Contactless potentiometer is adopted in the wire accumulator, which has a longer service life and good adjustment to linearity in order to achieve high-speed change of bobbins, resulting in high output.
- Automatic control available as photoelectric control and electric control are integrated with mechanical founction; fully digital DC speed regulator and PLC are used for computerized intelligent control, complete with measurement, indication and fault display founction as well as alarming for breakdown and automatic stop founction.
- Touch screen has USB interface and TCP/IP local interface open for use to realize remote data management over ther production line.

Cantilever two-position pay-off stand, main drawing machine, accumulator & tensioner, dual spooler fully pneumatically driven, pointing & threading unit, and electrical control system.
