Introduction of large diameter quartz glass tube:
Round quartz piece produced by flame melting method can be processed into transparent quartz wafer, square piece and flange, and others which will be used for view window, semiconductor quartz fittings, etc.
Also the special size quartz block or quartz plate can be obtained by one more thermal reforming, or quartz tube and quartz rod can be drawn. It can be used as material of semiconductor fittings and auxiliary material of optical fibre. Content of OH is commonly controlled at 120-260ppm.
