Brief introduction
Roll surfacing weldings adopts the advantage technology to repair the roll into original diameter with suitable surfacing machine after removing the old fatigue surface.
Normally we adopt the submerged-arc welding or open arc welding which is mature in this industry to finish the automatic repair of roll.
The welding torch can move intermittently in axial direction controlled by electric device.
The welding torch will go ahead by a width of welding seam along with the rotation of roll each circle.
This equipment is composed by main drive box,base,auto-lifting rack,tail seat,welding machine,sliding seat and electric control system etc.
