Product Overviews
The slitting line is used to uncoil, slit and recoil the slit strip into the required width coil. Convenient operation, high cutting quality, high utilization rate of materials, stepless cutting speed regulation.
Our slitting machine carries out slitting on cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplates, stainless steel, and other kinds of metal that have coated surfaces.

II . It is composed of the following devices:
1. Entry coil car,
2. Uncoiler,
3. Slitter,
4. Scrap coiler,
5. Tension unit,
6. Recoiler, etc.
For the user with higher requirement, uncoiling with automatic edge aligning or centering is preferable,
which has the advantage of easy entering coil, high efficiency, improving cutting precision and protecting plate as well.
EPC automatic edge control can be adopted as well, which can guarantee recoiling in tidiness, especially for the wider recoiling.
III . Uncoiling Unit:uncoiling coil plate for further processing.
IV: Slitting Unit
It is used to slit steel coil to narrow strips with high processing speed and accuracy.
1).The slitting head arbors are fixed in eccentric sleeves. The slitting angle remains unchanged if the blade has just been polished.
2).This slitting line has two slitter heads.While one is running on line, kives setting up can be done on the other, which can greatly eliminate production downtime.
As a result, this slitting line carries out slitting and blade changing simultaneously. This greatly increases the working efficiency.
3). Hydraulic locknuts could be used for higher blade positioning precision.
V. Tension Unit: It is used to tight up the slitting strip and lead to recoiler properly.

1-Warranty: one year warranty from the date of delivery (excluding quick-wear parts), free repairing service for non-artificial damages within guarantee period, also free service can be provided only with spare parts charged after warranty period expires.
2-Training: Technicians will be sent for installing and commissioning, after testing, free training will be provided till operation mastered and machine running normal.
3-Maintenance: Once faults occur out of no particular reason, technicians will be sent for repairing within 24 hours (48 hours for out-of-province) after receiving notice.
4-Parts: spare parts are available all the time for customers
5-Documents: relevant documents, operation instruction, parts description etc, will be provided after contract comes into effect.
6-Technical support: technical support and maintenance will be provided by professional technicians during machine usage
