This machine is suitable for the filling of cream and paste products such as lipstick and lip gross etc. products. Twelve filling, finished filling instantly, it is certain to meet.
Structure and performance
1 Machine adopt heavy-aluminium material which confirm to mechanic priciple, the appearance is beautiful after careful design.
2 Stainsteel(316L) material barrel with two jackets(both polished) seperate oil heating. The material berrel adopt mixing and temperature control.
3 Filling part adopt mechanical movement, advanced motor make the machine filling with high precision, revoloving angel reach0.02 degree.
4 Fully-auto control system, simple human-computer interface make operation easier.As for heating aspect, adopt high-tech temperature control which simultaneously control 20 units of temperature, avoild troublesome and comples of single control ,this bring stable and execllent heating system.

Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.

3. Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
4. Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you inquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
5. Lifelong services: we provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount price.
6. Certificate services: we can provide related certificates to customers freely according to the request of customers.
7. Inspection services: you can ask the third part inspection company or your inspector to inspect the products before shipment.
