XZ320 Horizontal directional drill is mainly used for laying and replacing various underground pipelines (pipeline, cables and so on) under no digging the ground surface, it has compact structure, and beautiful appearance. The main technique achieved the China most advanced level. The main parts and corollary equipment are all China famous brand products. It has very good features, and the whole machine has very stable and reliable working condition and durability.
Product Description
Application: clay, sand, pebble and others geological condition. Working environment temperature: -10℃~+45℃.
Powerful engine system: The engine system includes engine, water radiator, air filter, muffler and so on. It the power source of the whole machine. The engine is shangchai 6 cylinders water cooling turbo charging engine, rated power is 140kw, the max. Rotary speed is 2300rpm; it can supply 320Kn thrusting and back pulling strength and 12000N.M torque, guarantee the drill can work in any complicated geological condition and finish the pipe laying work. Oil-water radiator is air blast radiator. The maintenance is much easy and economical.
Hydraulic system: Adopt gear pump driving the hydraulic system; it has very good anti-pollution ability. The power head rotating and thrusting are driven by different oil pumps, which avoid all actions affecting each other under pipes laying work. The key hydraulic components adopt famous brands, which greatly improve the whole machine stability.
Power head: it is the main working mechanism; it adopts 4 hydraulic motor parallel connections driving the inputting gears of the powered head, through primary gear reducing the speed, and output the power to the drill collar.
Hydraulic motor drives the power head output shaft, mainly drive the drill pipe drill head steering, drilling and back pulling, the hollow hole of the drill collar is the mud entering passage to the drill pipe.
High speed power head: the power head rotary speed is high under the drill don’t reduce the rotary torque and push-pull strength, which guarantee the high efficiency pipe laying work. High speed drilling function can be performed during the drill pipe assembling and disassembling for the power head main shaft thrusting and back pulling, which greatly improves the working efficiency. The power head can high speed rotate under constructing guide hole and small diameter hole, which improves the working efficiency.
Double speed power heads: Control by one switch. Low speed in drilling and pulling back work assures the fluent construction. And under joining and uninstalling the drilling stem and go and back with no loading ,the power head will speed up sliding to reduce the time and improve the working efficiency.
Drill frame: drill frame is the sliding and support device of the power drill head, adopting motor push pull mechanism driving the power head sliding on the guider, supporting the whole machine pull push and the torque rotating functions. The drill frame is welded by high intension Quadrate Steel Tube Column, the angle adjustment is carried out through oil cylinder, and the push-pull device of the powered head is carried out through hydraulic cylinder.
Strong drill pipe clamp: It includes upper vises and lower vises, mounted one the front of the sliding frame. The upper clamp has double actions of clamp and rotating. The upper and lower clamps act assorting with the power head movement to perform tightening and loosening the drill pipe thread. Adopting special elastic buffer, this can reduce the abrasion of the drill pipe thread and prolong the drill pipe using life. Adopts patent floating power clamps, large break out torque, clamp is fast and reliable, easy maintenance. Floating drill pipe clamps, which efficiently prolong the using life of drilling pipe thread on the both ends.
Rubber crawler travel: Hydraulic rubber crawler travel will do less impact to the footpath, road, lawn and landscape
Hydraulic anchoring device (option): anchor mechanism is playing anchorage effect to the whole machine, it is mounted in the front of the machine, and it can improve the whole machine working stability. Adopting high efficient hydraulic driving let the drill assembling fast, stably and reliably.
Onboard mud system: onboard mud system, adopt 320L/min big flow mud pump, mud pump is horizontal single-acting triplex reciprocating piston pump, adopt hydraulic motor drive and answering for supplying the pressed mud to the drill. The mud pump switch control the mud pump, the mud pump gauge is showing the mud pressure. During the working, carefully monitoring the mud pressure change, check the mud passage is blocked or not.
Big flow Mud: The mud tank capacity is big. Onboard mud pump let the drill to supply enough mud flow during thrusting, pulling, and steering.
Electrical system Mainly includes: engine monitoring control, mud pump control, clamps control, high speed travel control, and power head high speed pull push control. It consists of left controlling platform, right controlling platform, auxiliary controlling platform, relay box, all kinds sensors tie-in, all kinds of display.
Simple Easy drill pipe loader (option): auxiliary device for the drill pipe assembling and disassembling, reducing the labor intensity.
Rotary operating platform: widen hand and view width, reducing the tiredness of the operators, providing comfortable operation.
Easy maintenance: the engine cover design is reasonable, it is easy to make the engine maintenance and renew the filter element of the hydraulic system
Engine and light alarm: this machine adopts 24V single wire system power supply, minus earth system. Double 12V storage battery series, the generator will supply the electricity to the whole machine. The machine start electricity is provided by storage battery, after the machine is started on, the generator will supply the 24V DC to the whole machine and also charging the storage battery at the same time.
Water thermometer: the engine water thermometer is used for indicating the engine coolant temperature, once the water temperature is over the set value, the water temperature alarm switch will close, when the Water temperature warning indicator light, stop the machine and check.
Oil-pressure gauge: it indicates the oil pressure of the engine. When the oil pressure is lower than the set value, the oil pressure alarm switch will close, oil pressure indicator lights,( the light will light even the engine stopped, it is the normal condition), and stop the machine and check.
Fuel gauge: fuel contents gauge of the engine. If the fuel content is low, should add more fuel inside.
Tachograph: it is the engine hour meter and showing current rotating speed.
Voltmeter: measuring the Voltages of Electrical Systems,
Warning sensor of hydraulic filter block: when the hydraulic filter blocked, the sensor will light, under this condition u should clear the oil filter
Wide application: the engine has the features of turbine torque converter; it has instantaneous dynamic characteristics, assuring the strongest working power
Equipped with special auxiliary boosting device, it let the max. Pipe pulling forces reach to 40t, efficiently decrease the operational risk.
Chassis mainly include machine stand, left and right travelling device. On the rear of the machine frame has the frog hydraulic support leg.
The travel device includes crawler intension device, rubber pedrail, driving wheel, guide wheel, thrust wheel and planetary gearbox. Travel reducer is Invisible planetary gearbox (include the motor) and hydrostatic transmission driven, low noise running; big output torque.
Crawler intension device is consists of oil cylinder, guide wheel, oil cup and so on. The function is keeping the pedrail with curtain tension rate, adopting grease lubricant tensioning. This machine adopts rubber pedrail to guarantee the less affect to the road surface, lawn, and landscape.
