This core drilling rig is widely used in geological general investigation and exploration, road and tall building foundation detection, concrete structure cavity detecting, river levees, subgrade, grouting early detection, civil wells, earth temperature, hydroelectric power-station, highway, roadway, harbor and drilling pile grouting etc.
1. 5 gear shifts, highest rotating speed reaches 1045r/m, gives this core drilling rig high drilling efficiency.
2. Using 53*59 hexagon active drilling rod, high rigidity, large transmission torque.
3. This core drilling rig is equipped with national patented taper clutch, with characteristics of large transmission torque, easy-operating and free maintenance.
4. For the winch, using extended planetary gear with supporting frame, greatly improving the hoisting capacity and braking capacity.
5. The vertical spindle case is equipped with four pairs of locating bearing to ensure the gyrator has enough rigidity to handle gravel layer and other complex geological conditions.
6. Integrate mud pump with 160L/min flow is equipped, makes this core drilling rig cost-saving, structure compacting and easy moving.
