Crawler Mounted Mechanical Top Head And hydraulic Feeding DTH Drilling Rig
1. JDL-300 dth drilling rig has several CW rotate speed levels and reasonable speed range; With high torque under low rotate speed, JDL-300 can used in many ranges of application such as alloy and diamond fluid cycling drilling, also can be applied in gas cycling DTH hammer drilling.
2. JDL-300 dth drilling rig has 2 shifts of reverse speed, it will be very useful in accident handling.
3. JDL-300 dth drilling rig using mechanical transmission as the main drive way, the others are all hydraulic, provides high utilization rate, low general power consumption, low drilling cost.
4. Equiped with long travel speed multiplication system, mechanical top head with 3400mm travel, the drilling efficiency will be highly improved and the bit blocking and bit burning accident can be avoided furthest.
5. JDL-300 dth drilling rig using double oil pump for oil supply, the drilling process will only use one oil pump, the hoisting and RIH process will use two pump; low power consumption and short support time.
6. With advanced machine structure and rational distribution, the maintenance and repair works are easy and convenient.
7. Using crawler mounted chassis, the landing legs have 1.5m oil cylinder stroke, convenient to auto-loading, move and be transported.
8. JDL-300 dth drilling rig has parts of functional interfaces in the mechanical and hydraulic system, customers can do function expansion according to your own technological requirements.
