ATTENTION

1.Clean the pipe work and rinse thoroughly before installing the pump.and ensure that no external stress attacks the pump body after installing.

2.The coupling shall be checked and adjusted before starting to ensure the alignment of pump and drive.

3.Before starting up for the fist time.fill the pump with medium. In the case of high viscosity medium fill with a liquid.

4.Inlet and outlet valve must be opened before starting the pump.

5.Check the direction of rotation by briefly switching on the pump motor before running to ensure it meets to the nameplate and the order confirmation.

6.Never run the pump dry! a few rotations in dry condition will damage the stator!

7.A little leakage should be permitted in shaft sealing through stuffing box.

8.The pump must be used for the purpose only for which it was sold. If you wish to change the process medium or work condition, you must contact with manufacturer.

9.Never run the pump overload! Corresponding safety equipment must be installed in pipe work.

10.The pump should be regularly rinsed or cleaned according to the medium situation after running is stopped to avoid the medium to build up.

11.The real temperature of medium is not conform to the order confirmation. The function of pump shall be influenced, and even it can not the stator.

12.Standby pump should be operated from time to time when standing idle for longer periods to avoid the plasticity distortion of the stator.
