Acuvim 162 Series Synopsis
The Acuvim 162 series single phase digital voltmeter offer a wide range of functionality for single-phase electric parameter measurement, monitoring and control. Depending on the model, the Acuvim 162 series measures some or all of the following parameters:
- Voltage
- Current
- Real Power
- Reactive Power
- Apparent Power
- Power Factor
- Frequency
- Real Energy
- Reactive Energy
- Apparent Energy
The Acuvim 162 is also equipped with multiple I/O functions including Digital Input, Relay Output, Digital Output and Analog Output. Reliable Modbus RTU protocol communication is also available via an RS485 serial port. These additional functions make the Acuvim 162 series one of the most versatile single phase meters on the market.
Areas of Application
The Acuvim 162 series can be utilized as Remote Terminal Units (RTU) in power automation systems to provide data monitoring and acquisition. All of the measured data can be accessed via the serial communication option.
The true RMS measurement makes Acuvim 162 series ideal in poor power quality environment with high harmonic contents caused by non-linear load systems (such as transducers, electron ballasts, computers).
