The deliver term is within 25 working days. It is delivered by vessal or express company. It depends on goods volum.

Payment

We are a golden supplier for 4 years on alibaba. Every year we paid to Alibaba. Alibaba won't cooperate with cheat supplier. Now our company receive T/T and L/C payment. If you have better suggestion, please contact me at any time.

How do I place an order?

You can click our TM to ask moke parts list. After confirm what parts you want and the price, we will send PI draft by mail. Please check if your address is correct. When you pay deposit, you already success to place an order.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations because we often start to produce moke parts within an hour of ordering which is why we don't have the ability to cancel orders. We begin the order process as soon as the order is placed.

We don't have the ability to accept order changes. We begin the order process as soon as the order is placed. If you entered an incorrect address when checking out, you can tell me by mail or tel. If you need additional parts please submit a new separate order. We can't change part numbers or quantities once the order has been placed.

All checks and money orders should be payable to China BIG S & T DEV(GROUP) CO.,LIMITED. The company bank account details is in the pi. Please call us to prove it is ture if you receive any inform to ask pay to other account. 

How long can I get my moke parts?

When you transfer the deposit, please send the scanning copy of bank receipt. As our Finance Dept. put in record and add to monthly produce list. The producing period lasts for 20 days. The deliver time is 14 days by express and 40 days by vessel.

What is the best deliver way?

If the moke parts volum or weight is small, it is usual delivered by express. For large volum or over weight, it is usual delivered by vessel. As we are factory sell, our profit is little. We can't afford free deliver. Hope you understand.

We will take photo to improve it is good before deliver. We can provide free deliver insurance for your moke spares. When your moke parts arrives damaged during delivering, you can ask local insurance company to pay.

We cannot accept returns on any part that has been damaged due to incorrect installation.
