Function and characteristics:

1.WDW-J Computer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine Highly-Configurable have three-loop control function to exert constant force, constant distortion and constant speed. The crossbeam and the platform are held firmly by uprights and precision ball screw. The AC servo motor and servo driver drive the ball screw through the aluminum alloy reducer and the timing belt to bring the crossbeam into upward movement. It can carry out various tests including stretch, compression, bending, peeling, shearing, testing, puncture, bursting, and high and low temperature tests according to the GB, ISO, ASTM, JIS, or DIN standard to measure the material parameters including yield strength, tensile strength, compression strength, bending strength, coefficient of elongation , stretching strength, disproportional strength, elasticity modulus, etc.

2.Computer controlled electronic universal testing machine highly-configurable can be operated by automatic computer controlling or manual control through a control box. The whole-course operation is conducted through the computer interface. A4 breath test report can be printed. The safety is ensured by various protection systems, including cylinder position limitation protection, overload auto shutdown, over current and current leakage auto shut-off, emergency switch, etc. Imported servo motor and servo driver bring is adopted as the power supply and ball screw unit is adopted as the transmission mechanism to make the operation smooth and free form noise and oil contamination. It is based on Windows XP, adopts Access database as its kernel, and combines with reliable VB+SQL language. The strength value, distortion, displacement are measured and showed synchronously and the testing curve, and select points to obtain parameters such as yield point, elasticity, etc. The software can calculate tensile strength, compressive strength, yield strength, 0.2, disproportional strength, total elongation strength, coefficient of elongation, etc. Lenovo brand-name computer is employed as the host to complete the setting, data collection, calculation, display and printing.

4.Computer controlled electronic universal testing machine highly-configurable has three-loop control functions such as force and constant distortion, so it is of high cost than WDW machine.
