JBW-500B computer Impact Testing Machine
Function and characteristics
Semi automatic impact tester is used to test the impact resistance of test the impact resistance of metal material under dynamic load. It is designed to meet the national standards of GB/T3803-2002(testing of pendulum impact testing machine) and GB/T229-2009(charpy notched-bar impact testing method). It is divided into dial-type, digital display type and computer display type for choice.
The main machine of semi automatic impact tester adopts single support column structure. The pendulum bob is of U type and hung in cantilever type. The sample is supported in Charpy type. The impact head is fixed with screw and easy to replace. Safety pin and safety net are equipped. All movements of the pendulum are controlled by electricity. After the impact, the residual energy is used to raise the pendulum for the nest test, so it is especially suiable for continuous tests.
