- protection and modify function, equipped with instant temperature curve analysis function;
- There are 3 independent heating areas. The 1st and 2nd are hot-air heaters, the 3rd is IR preheating.
- Offer all kinds size of titanium alloy material hot-air nozzles, it can rotate 360°, easy to install and change, customized is available;
- K-type thermocouple (closed loop), heating independently, temperature precision within ± 3degree.
- Vgroove PCB support can be adjusted in any direction with external universal fixture, suitable for all kinds
- of BGA repair.
- Powerful cross,flow fan rapidly cool the PCB board to improve efficiency; prevent the PCB boards
- from deformation.
- Also built-in vacuum pump and external vacuum suction pen, pick up the chips rapidly.
- With 5,10 second voice warning before heating finished. So that you can use the vacuum pen to pick up
- the chips. When the top and bottom heating system finished working, the cooling system
- automatic to begin working, when the temperature the same with the room temp, the cooling
- system stop work automatic, protect the machine old aging.
- CE certificate, with emergency stop button and Automatic power,off protection device when abnormal
- accident happens;with a double overheating protection control.
- Top air flow adjust, you can adjust the top heating wind, suitable for repair all kinds size of chips.
- LED working light, high light and long lifetime.
- With USB port, convenient to download the current curve to save in the U-disk.
- With external universal fixture, protect the PCB boards, suitable for repair any kinds size and
- shape BGA chips, prevent the PCB boards from deformation.
