Features of DH-B1 BGA rework station
1.Three independent heaters, Mean Well power supply, PCB board control, Internal built-in vacuum pump, 7'' MCGS touch screen interface, easy and high efficiency to operation. all can set 8 segments heating, cooling and constant temperature, save up to ten temperature profiles. IR preheat area can be controlled according to PCB size
2.K sensor close loop control and automatic temperature compensation system. It combines with temperature module, which enables temperature accuracy to ±2°C
3. Moveable heater, easy to operate.
4. All kinds size of titanium alloy nozzles, 360 degree rotation, easy to install and replace, customized is available.
5. V-groove PCB support for rapid, convenience and accurate positioning that fits for all kinds of PCB board.
6. Auto Powerful cross flow fan, cooling the PCB board efficient and automatically after heating, to prevent it from deformation and damaged.
7. Sound hint system,5-10 seconds early voicing warning before heating finished. There is an alarm before the completion of each desoldering and soldering. So the worker can prepare use the vacuum pen to pick up the chips on time.
8. CE certification, with emergency switch and automatic power-off protection device when emergency happens
