2.Two independent high precise digital panel meter controllers, can store 10 groups of temperature profiles. 8 segments (up/down) + 8 segments constant temperatures in one group.
3.High precise K-type thermocouple close-loop control + automatic temperature compensation system to enable precise temperature deviation on ±2℃.
4.V-groove PCB table + universal fixture suitable for all kinds of PCB repairing, rapid, convenient and accurate positioning,
5.External Temperature Sensor, detect actual temperature of pcb and bga, adjust and correct temperature conveniently.
6.With powerful cooling fan, fast cooling for pcb and machine after heating.
7.With Voice warning 5-10 seconds before heating finish: remind operator to pick up bga chip on time.
8.Double protection: Overheating guard + emergency stop function.
