Functions:

1. Two top heads: hot air / Infrared + soldering iron (80W) + Double shadowless LEDs + Top air speed adjusted function

2. Top head can move freely up/down, frontward/backward, rotation 360°.Lower heater can move up/down to keep distance.

3 With different size titanium alloy nozzles for top / lower heaters. Any size can be custom if needed.

4. Movable pcb table with universal fixtures, suitable for all kinds of pcb repair

5. Right / left heater switch: when small pcb repair, turn off right/left IR plate to save power and energy.

6. Digital vacuum sucker, pick up bga chip conveniently after heating.

7. USB2.0 interface: system update / download temperature curve / connected with mouse.

8. 1pc temperature sensor: connected with sensor wire to detect actual temperature of solder ball and pcb, analyze and correct temperature difference.

9. Double safety guard: emergency stop function and Over heating guard ( All functions will be stop automatic if temperature over 300℃)

Warranty:

Three years warranty for heater wires of machine, one year warranty for other parts. life long free technical support.(two years longer then other companies.)

As we know, heaters are the main comsumable in the machine. Heater wires are offered free if it damaged in 3 years, other parts free in one year.

Precise temperature control:

Why our machine more accurate?

1) Our machine use PID control, the data acquisition frequency of our machine is 10ms(which means every 10ms the PID will grab the data to correcting the temperature, but for most of BGA rework station from other companies, their PID grab frequency is 30ms, this is a big difference between 10ms and 30ms, that's why our machine is more accurate.

2) Our technicians must do heating testing for five spot for a long time: four corner and central. however, other companies only do it for central spot. So temperature accuracy of their machines will be on ±5℃, that will be lower successful rate of repairing.
