China Proppant composition for gas and oil well fracturing with good quality and competitive price
Made from bauxite, ceramic proppant is used in oil & gas well fracturing process and can increase production. In the hydraulic fracturing process, water, proppants and chemical agents are pumped into deep underground rock by high pressure pump, the high pressure extrudes rock into cracks, while proppants keep the ground rock from collapsing by filling into the cracks, it makes gas and oil more easier to be collected through cracks.
Our ceramic proppant can be classified as follows:
By trademark: WL Lite WL Isp WLHsp
By compression strength: 52MPa(7500psi), 69MPa(10000psi), 86MPa(12500psi), 103MPa(15000psi).
By specifications: 6-12mesh, 8-16mesh, 12-18mesh, 12-20mesh, 16-20mesh, 16-30mesh, 20-40mesh, 30-50mesh, 30-60mesh, 40-60mesh, 40-70mesh, 70-140mesh, etc.
Moreover, we can produce products with different specifications according to client’s particular requirements.
Packing: 1.5 net weight ton bags, plastic bag for inner packing, woven bag for external packing. Other packaging are available.
Delivery: Within 30 days.
It will take 8 hours from Wanli factory to Qingdao port or Lianyungang port by truck. It will take 40-50 days by bulk cargo to USA, and 35-45 days by container.
