Turcite
Name: Turcite is also name as turcite B, turcite slydway or turcite slideway. It is used for the maching lathe.
Composition: PTFE/teflon and bronze.
Feature: Our PTFE turcite b was welled developed and tested by our professor in East China University Of Science and Technology. Turcite quality reach to international good quality standard. Our turcite density is uniform,outlook is straight and flat, wear resistance is stronger. What’s more, the glue is made by imported environmentally materials, almost have no smell. Glue weight ratio is 1:1, easy to handle. With nanometer filler technic, the glue will not settling for longterm storage. Bonding strength and oil resistance is better than before.

Function: Turcite B is the traditional bearing material used on machine tool ways, transfer lines or any linear movement application in which reduced friction and wear resistance are critical design considerations. Turcite B Slydway increases accuracy, reduces damage caused by mechanical breakdowns and lubrication failures, extends the useful life of mechanical components, saves energy and improves stick-slip performance.
