WORKING PRINCIPLE
BRIEF
Steam is directly filled into water immersion sterilization autoclave, to make temperature of hot water tank up to setting degree. Then hot water will be filled into sterilizing tank and circulated continually. Water immersion sterilizing method can reduce time, improve efficiency of working. Sterilizing water can be used circularly to save energy, time, labor, material and lower cost.
USAGE
Water immersion retort is suitable for all kinds of heat-resistant packing material.
1. Plastic container: PP bottles, HDPE bottles.
2. Soft package: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags, cooking bags, etc.
3. Tin cans: aluminium cans, glass bottles.
RETORT FEATURES
1. Saving energy, sterilizing water can be used circularly in the process to save time, labor and materials.
2. High temperature and short time sterilization, adopt double tanks hot water is used circularly, water is heated up to setting temperature in hot water tank to reduce sterilizing time.
3. Uniform water exchange type and temperature, no sterilizing corners.
4. Keep sterilization temperature stable during whole process to ensure the rate of F value.
5. Full-automatic control system. PLC control method is adopted in the whole sterilization process, no need manual operation.
6. Several sterilizing formulas are stored in the computer for choosing.
