Steam Jacket Kettle:
The usage of the steam Jacket Kettle:
Jacket kettle (stainless Jacket kettle), widely used in the producing of candy, medicine, milk, wine, cake, drink, Honey Line, can, ect, also can used in the big restaurant or dinning room for making soup, cooking food, fricasseeing, making congees. It is the good equipment for enhancing the quality, shorting the working time, changing the working conditions.
The feature of the steam jacket kettle:
- The heat of source is steam with higher pressure.
- Big heating surface, high heat efficiency, heating uniformity, short liquid boiling time, heating temperature easy to control.
The construction of the steam jacket kettle:
1. The inner pot of the kettle is made by Austenitic stainless steel which can heatproof and acidproof. Beautiful appearance, easy to install, operate convenience. The kettle with pressure gage.
2. The material of the out pot of the kettle can be chosen by the customers as the following:

2) Stainless steel
