Corrosion resistance 3-6 times higher than hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Further, the similar processing, welding it in place of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet may be used. Especially when high corrosion resistance coating to replace the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is most appropriate.
Its unique surface bright silver spangles, smooth texture and high corrosion resistance, making it the only tin-plated steel without coating can serve as a roof, wall materials used in the product. Furthermore, its excellent heat-reflective roofing enable it as cool (Cool Roof) use.
Its surface hardness is higher than that of the molten zinc plated steel plates gold-plated, it has excellent wear resistance. Resin coating to enhance its corrosion resistance, so no processing oil coating roll forging or pressing molding.
