Q1: Why don’t you choose Ammonia as refrigerant ?
A: 1.As we know, Ammonia, with a strong pungent smell, is a toxic refrigerant. It have strong stimulation to our eyes, nose, throat, lung and skin. It can be danger of fire and explosion when the air concentration of ammonia is more than 15%. Therefore, the ammonia refrigeration system come under a rigorous regulatory approvals by the State administration of work safety.
2.Ammonia refrigeration system is complex, and is too risky to operate.So, it need somebody on duty 24 hours,which increase labor costs.
3.A very low automatic degreeand high power consumption of the equipment of Ammonia refrigeration system lead to a high machine running cost.
Q2: What configuration of the voltage of the machine is ?
A: We adopt standard voltage -380V/3P/50Hz usually, non-standard voltage can be customized, the price is extra.
Q3: What’s your usual practice about terms of payment ?
A:The payment can be T/T,L/C,Western Union, Money Gram and in Cash. The deposit is 30%, after we receive your deposit, we will start to produce the machine for you. The balance 70% should be paid before shipping.
Q4: How long is the time of delivery?
A: The delivery time normally is 30 days after we receive the deposit. And If necessary, we will arrange the shipping for you.
