Automatic nail making machine
It is used for producing various normal nails and special nails.Raw materials can be normal wire,
new metal wire,waste rebar,scrap steel bar,hard-drawn wire,waste electrode,etc.
Process of nail making:
If for waste wire:
wire straightening→ Butt welding→Nail Making →Polishing→thread rolling→coil nail making
If for new wire:
Butt welding→sharpening mill→Wire Drawing → Nail Making →Polishing (cutter polisher)
→thread rolling→coil nail making

1) waste wire straightening machine
To straigten the waste wire, remove the rust, reduce the diameter.
2)Butt welding machine
To connect the end of the wire into one line for following wire drawing.
3) Sharpening mill
Before wire drawing, sharpen the end of the wire, make sure it could though the drawing hole smoothly.
4)wire drawing machine
Reduce raw wire diameter same as your needed nail diameter.

Use sawdust to polish the nails, to get smooth surface.
